Terms of service

By staying on site you agree to adhere to our terms of service 

Failure to comply with terms of service and policies may result in you and or party being asked to leave site. 
This is at the discretion of staff on the day. 
The no refund policy remains if you are asked to leave due to failure to comply with the terms of service and policies.

Late Fees

  •  Late fees may occur for late check-out at management's discretion. 


  • Any damages, late fees or additional charges for cabin bookings may be deducted from the card details provided for the booking and a notification email will be sent if a guest is unreachable via the contact number provided within 8 hours of check-out. Any other on-site damages are required to be paid in full before guests' departure.

Booking and payments

  • Payment is due at check-in, if the booking has not been paid, check-in will not be possible.

  • Mobile contact numbers are required for all bookings. 

  • Guests must be over the age of 18 years old to book a site or a cabin. ​​​


  • Valid card details, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers are a requirement upon booking cabins.

  • Cabins are required to be left in a reasonably tidy manner. Any overly dirty cabins may be subject to a cleaning fee of $100.

  • The $100 cleaning fee also applies to any pet mess left behind in our pet-friendly cabins.

  • Smoking is not permitted in our cabins or within 4 meters of doors and windows of cabins, anyone smoking within these parameters may be subject to a $300 fine.

  • In addition, a $200 cleaning fee may be applied if smoking occurs or evidence of smoking is found and will be deducted from the guests card automatically. 

  • Any keys not returned to the key box upon departure may incur a $20 replacement fee.

  • Dogs are only permitted in the pet friendly cabins. Any evidence of dogs in cabins not designated to them will incur a $200 cleaning fee and will be deducted from the guests card automatically.

  • Cabin capacity is based on the number of beds per cabin, if there are 4 beds then the cabin may house 4 people (this includes infants and children).

  • We do not provide pool towels, towels that are provided are for in cabin use only.

  • Any cabins housing more people than has been approved may be asked to leave.​


  • Smoking is not permitted around any common areas within the park grounds.

  • Smoking is not permitted in our cabins or within 4 meters of doors and windows of cabins, anyone smoking within these parameters may be subject to a $300 fine. 

  • All cigarette butts need to be disposed of appropriately and not disposed of inside cabin bins. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Fire Pits

  • Personal fire pits are not permitted on park grounds, A communal fire pit is available to use and gets lit by staff conditional on weather and restrictions.

Speed limit

  • 10km speed limit is enforced within park grounds.

Checking in and out 

  • After-hours arrivals are required to pay and check in over the phone prior to 6 pm on the day of the booking. The amount paid is non-refundable. ​​

  • All early arrivals and late check-outs must be previously organised at the time of booking.

  • Early arrivals for sites are from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, A $10 early arrival fee will incur.

  • Late check-outs for sites are from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, A $10 late check-out fee will incur.

  • Late Check-out for cabins is between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, a $20 fee will apply.

  • Late and early fees are to be enforced at the discretion of management.

Exclusion, cancellation and refunds

  • Any guests that have been requested to leave are not eligible for a refund.

  • We do not provide refunds for poor weather or early departures.

  • All Deposits or early payments made for bookings are non-refundable.

  • All Cabin bookings are required to pay a 25% Deposit of the total booking price and are non-refundable if cancellation occurs.

  • All deposits are on a non-refundable base.

  • Credit may be applied but is to be used within the designated time period and at management discretion.​ Night 7 (free night) of Stay 7 pay 6, not applicable.

Swimming pool

  • Swimming pool hours are simple, if it's pool season and if the suns up you can swim. We close the pool when it gets dark for safety reason.

  • We do not allow any glass within our pool yard, if something gets broken it's a bigger job than just picking up the pieces, and noone wants that headache so please respect the rules.​

  • ALL children 12 and under need to be accompanied by an adult inside the pool yard. 

  • We do not supply pool towels, so you will have to use your own. Our cabin towels are designated for in cabin use only.

Pet owner's promise

We know you love your pets, we love ours - not everyone else does. If you want to stay at our park, you will need to sign and promise to follow these guidelines

  • Pets are welcome on all caravan and camping sites and a couple of specific pet-friendly cabins

  • Your pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van, tent or specific pet-friendly cabin 

  • A leash must be no more than 2 metres in length. The only exception to being off leash is if you have a secure enclosed area for your pet within your caravan, annex or site

  • Pets are not permitted on any furniture within our pet-friendly designated cabins, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied

  • Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent, van or specific pet-friendly designated cabin. Take your pet with you whenever you leave the Park

  • We have pets in the office so please do not bring your pet in to the office

  • Please do not take your pet to visit our animals in the farmyard - your dog might like it but it distresses our animals

For health and safety reasons:

  • pets visiting our Park must have valid vaccination certificates and be free from fleas

  • pets are not allowed in the pool area or camp kitchens

  • pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park and any pet related accessories such as beds and blankets should not be washed or cleaned within the park

  • owners are 100% responsible for immediately picking up and disposing of their pet's waste

  • do not allow your pet to urinate or defecate on any other guest's site or property

  • pet runs/cages cannot be left on the slabs for an extended period of time.

  • it is the pet owner’s responsibility and the pet owners alone, to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the park management this has not happened to an acceptable level the owner and the pet will be asked to leave.  If you are asked to leave, you will not receive a refund.


(The park holds no responsibility for any pet-related incident.)

The pet is under control

The lead is of suitable length. 

The pet run/cage is fit for purpose.
